Conference Hotel
The Loews Hotel is almost completely full. As any rooms open at the Loews due to cancellation of existing reservations, the Loews Hotel will hold those rooms for our group. Click below to check for availability at the Loews Hotel.
The conference will be held at The Loews Vanderbilt Hotel which is a four-star hotel located in Nashville’s midtown district on West End Avenue.
This Loews Hotel is walking distance to iconic parks, restaurants, entertainment, and Vanderbilt University. It is within a short drive to many popular neighborhoods with tourist attractions, including Downtown/Lower Broadway (2 miles), The Gulch (1.5 miles), Hillsboro Village (1 mile), and Music Row (1 mile). In addition, the hotel is located within a short drive to many of Nashville’s most popular venues for live music. There are many ground transportation options for excursions beyond walking distance from the hotel, including Uber, Lyft, taxis, and city bus routes.
Hotel rooms with a king-sized bed or two double beds will be available via our conference room block. We’ve tried the rooms and we enjoyed our stay!
