Conference Site and Accommodations
The conference will be held at the beautiful Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown.
Hotel rooms with king-sized beds or two queen-sized beds will be available via our conference room block. We’ve tried the rooms and they are quite nice!
The hotel registrations are now open! By using the link below, you will be able to reserve a room at our beautiful conference hotel, the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown, at the excellent rate of $169 per night!
*NOTE: The hotel conference rate of $169/night will END on Friday October 8th. After that date, rates will increase to $225/night*

Conference activities will all occur on the Mezzanne & Ballroom levels of the Sheraton. There are several elevators and it’s very easy to find.
We will have 16 breakout rooms for regular sessions, a reception area for poster sessions and snacks, and Liberty Ballroom combined for the meals and plenaries. We are trying to arrange for an extra room to be available for quiet meeting space—for example, if you want to meet with research collaborators while you are together in Philadelphia.
We also have gender neutral bathrooms on each floor.
