Notifications have been sent.
There were 444 submissions (213 Research Reports, 104 Brief Research Reports, 116 Posters, 11 Working Groups). Of those, 33% of the Research Report submissions and 61% of the Poster submissions were accepted as such, and 76% of all submissions were accepted in some format. Notifications were sent from the All Academic System on Monday, April 30.
Accepted Paper Follow-up.
Two things must happen for accepted proposals to be included in the program and proceedings: (1) the original submitter must submit a final non-blinded version of the paper that meets the conference formatting guidelines by June 1, 2012, and (2) at least one author must register for the conference by August 1, 2012. Please visit the submission and conference registration pages for details. If you are ready, click to submit final paper.
Thank you reviewers and strand leaders!
A total of 292 reviewers completed 1233 reviews. Impressively, 90% of the reviewers completed their reviews by the original deadline and all the reviews were completed within one week of the deadline. The Local Organizing Committee appreciates the dedication of the reviewers and of the 10 strand leaders who carefully looked at all the reviews and made recommendations. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Review Criteria for Posters and Working Groups.
Given the record number of submissions (213 Research Report proposals and 105 Brief Research Report proposals) the review process for posters may be more competitive than in the past. To assist submitters in putting together quality proposals, we have posted the poster review worksheet. Please use it to assess how your proposal will fare and make changes accordingly. We have also posted the working group review worksheet. All proposals must be blind and follow the conference proceedings guidelines.

Inquiries about presenting author policy.
We have received several inquiries about the PME-NA policy that an individual may serve as the primary presenting author for only one research report. In response, we have rewritten the explanation of this policy, which can be found in the 4th bullet on the submission page.
