Letter of Invitation

If you require an official letter of invitation in order to get a visa to travel to the United States or in order to get financial assistance from your institution, please email pmena2010@ehe.osu.edu with a request for a letter. We will provide letters stating the name and dates of the conference, the title of your presentation (if applicable), and a statement that you are invited to attend the conference. Please specify the name and address to which the letter should be mailed and any additional information that should be included in the letter. Please note that the U.S. Mail is rather unpredictable, so you should make your request well in advance of the date by which you need it.

Conference Registration

To register for the conference please download the registration form and follow the instructions on it. The registration fee is $420 and includes some meals, snacks, Thursday evening social, CD Proceedings, and PME-NA membership. Advanced registration for graduate students is $350. Please note graduate students will need to provide the name of their major professor and his/her email address. Guest registration is $300 and includes all provided meals and snacks as well as the social.

NOTE: Speakers must be registered by August 1, 2010 for a paper to be included in the proceedings. Late registration fees will apply after August 1, 2010. Please help us get an accurate count for the conference by registering before August 1, 2010.
