All major airlines fly into Columbus International Airport. Several forms of ground transportation are available from the airport to the conference hotels and conference site. For information about ground transportation and things to do while in Columbus please visit the home page of the web site.
All sessions for the conference will be held at the Fawcett Center (http://www.fawcettcenter.com/) located on OSU campus, minutes away from downtown Columbus and within walking distance of conference hotels. The Fawcett Center is situated just 15 minutes northwest of Port Columbus International Airport and within a 10-minute drive of downtown Columbus. The Fawcett Center is conveniently located for easy access to all of the Columbus area's many attractions.
The airport is located approximately 15 miles from campus and the hotels. The hotels listed on our website do not have shuttles to the airport. They all recommend that you take a taxi. They have lists of taxi companies that they recommend (and that give them reduced rates, in some cases). The costs of taxis run between $15 and $30, depending on the company and the hotel. Call your hotel for more information.
Public Transportation: The bus system in Columbus, called COTA, is another option. For information on the routes/times, visit their website www.cota.com. On the website, they have their schedule maps and times information, a trip planner, and hints for riding COTA. Alternatively, you may call their customer service line (614) 228-1776.
Special Needs: If you require special services, facilities, or dietary considerations (vegetarian or otherwise) to support your participation in the conference please contact pmena2010@ehe.osu.edu. Note that the hotel has wheelchair access, Braille signage, and in-room strobe fire alarms.
