Online Registration

Click here to enter our registration module. Next, select your enrollment option and click “Add to Shopping Cart.” On the next page, click “Proceed to Registrar.” On the following sign-in page, click the link under “Welcome!” if you are a new user to create a new sign-in and password. Once your sign-in and password have been entered and accepted, fill out the registrant information form, click “Submit,” and then enter your credit card information.

Fees

$375 by Sept. 20, 2007
$450 after Sept. 20, 2007
$250 student/guest by Sept. 20, 2007
$300 student/guest after Sept. 20, 2007
Fee includes conference materials, continental breakfast each day, one lunch, one evening reception and one dinner event.
