Registration and Fees

The advanced registration fee is $320 USD or $420 CAN and includes breakfasts, lunches, breaks, Friday evening dinner, a copy of the proceedings, and PME-NA membership. Advanced registration for graduate students is $240 USD or $320 CAN. Guest registration is $220 USD or $290 CAN (includes all meals and breaks as well as the Friday evening dinner). Note that registration fees will increase after October 1, 2004 by $20 US and $30 CAN. Please help us get an accurate count for the conference by registering before October 1, 2004. Please note that the fees are charged in Canadian dollars and may not be exactly the same as the US dollar amounts. The CAN rates have been reduced as of Sept. 1 to reflect exchange rates.
