We invite proposals for Research Reports, Short Oral Reports, Discussion Groups, Working Groups, and Poster Presentations. All propsals and final papers must be submitted electronically. Deadlines are as follows:

January 30, 2004	Due date for Proposals for Research Reports, Short Orals, Working Groups, and Discussion Groups
March 30, 2004	Due date for Proposals for Poster Presentations
June 15, 2004 NEW	Due date for full papers for all accepted proposals
September 20, 2004	Final day for Hotel registration
October 21, 2004	Opening evening of the conference
October 24, 2004	Conference ends at noon

Proposals can be submitted in English, French or Spanish. All final papers for the Conference Proceedings must be submitted in English.
