The conference will be held at the Delta Chelsea Hotel. A four diamond rated property, the Delta Chelsea Hotel is Canada's largest hotel with 1,590 guestrooms, six restaurants and lounges. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, just minutes away from top theatres, attractions, shopping, and dining. Delta Chelsea Hotel offers a business club with individual workstations, photocopier, fax machine, and Internet access.

Other amenities include an adult swimming pool, as well as a Family Fun Zone with arcade room, children's centre, children's pool with 130-foot waterslide, and fitness center with spa tub and sauna. This hotel’s Family Fun Zone includes an indoor pool and spa tub; and arcade room with pinball, foosball, air hockey, and a pool table. There is also a supervised Children’s Creative Centre and the Corkscrew, a 130-foot indoor waterslide. Camp Chelsea offers full and half-day supervised activities for kids 5-12.

We have arranged for special room rates starting at $149 CAN (about $109 US), with other rates at $174 CAN ($125 US) and $194 CAN ($140 US). These rates are single or double occupancy. It is $20 CAN ($15 US) more for the third person in a room. These rates are held until September 21, 2004. Please make your reservation early. If you are concerned about the variability in the US/CAN exchange rate, you can pay for the entire stay when you book. Travel Planning

All major airlines fly into Toronto at the Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Taxi service is available from the airport to the Delta Chelsea for approximately $40 CAN. The Airport Express shuttle drops off at the hotel for a single fare of $15 CDN but is the last stop from the airport so it takes about an hour en route. Rental cars are also available at the airport.

Driving directions from Pearson International Airport: Take Hwy 427 S to QEW E towards downtown Toronto. The QEW becomes the Gardiner Expressway. Take the Gardiner east and exit on Bay St N. Turn right onto Gerrard St and hotel is on the right.

There is bus service between the Airport and one block from the hotel. The subway station called College Park is one block north of the hotel at the corner of Yonge Street and College Street (the hotel is at Yonge Street and Gerrard Street which is one block south of College Street.
